The room was consistently kept warm thanks to their excellent heaters. The amazing views in the middle of the snow were available. Exceptionally nice location near New Gudauri and the hill.

Wonderful and fairly clean hotel with astonishing view of the mountains. The staff were professional and the design was modern. Brand-new and beautifully maintained room, family ambiance. Lots of supplies in the room: satellite television, central heating and a dining area. Unbeatable and comfortable location in Gudauri, near the hill in Gudauri, Georgia and skiing and paraglider. Also, to mountains. The property of choice in Gudauri.

I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Bathtubs in the spacious bathroom was super awesome. The location was favourable and I could use free parking on site.

The view from the hotel was stunning, with beautiful scenery from every room. The facilities were excellent, with plenty of common areas for remote work and a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and provided a great start to the day.
There were a few aspects of this hotel that let it down. One of the biggest issues was the lack of air conditioning, which made the rooms uncomfortably hot and forced us to sleep with the balcony open.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Best aspects include the fine mountain view, great heated swimming pool, and friendly staff who were always willing to help. The breakfast was also very good with a surprising range of options.

Best aspects Loved the interior design and the gorgeous view of the mountains from the rooms. the location was great for skiing and paragliding. the staff was so helpful and made our business trip seamless.
Worst aspects the noise from the cars outside kept us up at night and the limited menu at the restaurant was disappointing. It was inconvenient that we had to request basic amenities like an electric kettle and cups.

I recently stayed in a hotel on top of the hill in the mountains, and I must say I had a fantastic experience. This place offered great service, including airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were amazing, including a heating system and a flat-screen tv. The hotel also had an indoor swimming pool and sauna, perfect for relaxation after a long day of hiking or skiing. The sun terrace and loungers were great spots to unwind with a stunning view of the mountains.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.
